In today's episode, Penny is joined by Adam Smith founder and CEO of The Real Junk Food Project. Adam has lead a colorful life. At the age of 25, Adam was found in a field, pronounced dead at the scene by the police, with only cocaine keeping my heart beating, attempted suicide after suffering from substance abuse. Ten years on Adam has turned his life around and is no longer addicted to substances and leads a very successful life. We chat about his turning point, what lead him to start TRJFP, Autism, and more. I could have spoken to Adam for hours.
